Basic insurance
Basic property insurance is mandatory in the Czech Republic. Basic property insurance covers third party property damage. For example: if your water piping was to flood an apartment below you, the basic property insurance would cover any damages caused to the third party, but would not cover any damage incurred to your property
Complex insurance
This is a variable policy whereby clients can choose any additional items that they would like included and insured. For example: under this policy clients can choose to insure any damages caused to their property, be it man-made or by natural force, items within the apartment, against theft etc.

The BE insurance service charge is 1.200 CZK including VAT. We will only charge this fee upon the conclusion of the insurance policy.
