1+kk apartment for rent + parking, Karlštejn

About this property

Available for move-in by agreement.

We are exclusively offering a renovated 1+kk apartment for rent with a living area of 17 m². The apartment consists of an entryway, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, from dishes to bedding. The apartment includes a TV and Wi-Fi, both included in the monthly fees. A washing machine is also available. The rental price includes a reserved parking space approximately 300 meters from the building.

The apartment offers accommodation in a unique location directly below the popular Karlštejn Castle, which is situated in the heart of the Bohemian Karst and offers many opportunities for active recreation and relaxation. Nevertheless, you can easily reach Prague from here by car or train.

The monthly rent is 12,000 CZK. All other fees total 4,800 CZK per person. Each additional person costs an extra 500 CZK. The fees are fixed and include everything needed for living, including electricity, insurance, internet, etc. A refundable security deposit of 17,000 CZK is required. Commission: 16,000 CZK + VAT.

A major advantage for potential tenants is that the apartment is professionally managed by Bohemian Estates, which handles property management on behalf of the owner. Tenants have access to a dedicated contact person who promptly handles all matters related to the lease (regular maintenance and emergency repairs by in-house technicians, rent payments, billing, lease amendments, etc.). This ensures tenants enjoy hassle-free use of the apartment with full service.
