Allow me to offer one of the most interesting property that our company has ofered in over 16 years history. It is a historical monument - Klokočín Fortress (Tvrz Klokočín), which has a very impressive history. It is a closed courtyard that forms an important urban and architectural element.

The first notes of the construction of the house is from 1401, which is followed by the Klokočín Fortress built in 1562 or 1576 by the family of Mikuláš Protivínský. After that, the property passed into the ownership of the Švamberks. Through other owners, Klokočín was bought by prince Schwarzenberg in 1711, during this period it was rebuilt into a feudal economic building (the construction of a huge barn, which is now in a very bad state and should be demolished / taken out of protection). It remained in the ownership of the family until 1918. The family of the current owner has owned since 1989, and several major repairs have been carried out to date, making the property fully habitable.

Several movies were filmed in the property, the most famous of which are "Markéta Lazarová" or "I'm Jumping Over the Puddles Again" (Už zase skáču přes kaluže”).
